Attendees traveling to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the AIDA Conference may require a visa depending on their nationality. We encourage all participants to check the visa requirements well in advance and apply accordingly.
Do You Need a Visa?
Visa requirements vary based on nationality. Some travelers may be eligible for visa-free entry or can obtain a visa on arrival, while others may need to apply for a visa before traveling.

How to Apply for a Visa
For participants who need a visa, options may include:
✔ Applying through the UAE Embassy or Consulate in your country.
✔ Sponsorship by a UAE-based entity such as a hotel, airline, or travel agency.

If required for your visa application, the AIDA Conference organizers can provide an official invitation letter to registered participants. Please note:
- Invitation letters are issued only to attendees who have completed their registration.
