Welcome to the AIDA Conference Author’s Guide. This page provides essential information for authors submitting their research papers to the conference. Please carefully follow the guidelines below to ensure your submission meets all requirements.
Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts written in English via the online submission platform EasyChair. Each manuscript should include the complete paper text, illustrations, and references while conforming to the IEEE formatting guidelines.
Formatting Requirements
- Papers must follow the IEEE Proceedings Paper Template.
- Submissions must be in PDF format only, with savable text.
- Papers should be double-columned, use 10pt font, and not exceed six (6) pages, including the abstract, figures, tables, and references.
- A maximum of two additional pages is allowed at a charge of 150 EUR per extra page (up to 8 pages total).
Blind Peer Review Process
All submitted papers will go through a blind peer-review process and will be evaluated based on:
- Relevance to the conference topics
- Originality and technical quality
- Significance of contributions
- Presentation and clarity
Based on reviewer scores and feedback, papers may be accepted as:
- Full papers (20+5 minutes oral presentation)
- Short papers (13+2 minutes oral presentation)
Non-compliance with formatting guidelines (e.g., exceeding page limits, incorrect formatting, or lack of anonymity) will result in rejection, regardless of technical content.
Final Camera-Ready Submission
Authors of accepted papers must submit a final camera-ready version that:
- Includes author names and affiliations.
- Incorporates any required corrections requested by reviewers.
🔹 No modifications (e.g., title changes, author additions/removals, content restructuring) are allowed beyond necessary corrections. Authors must submit a detailed revision report outlining all changes.
Author Responsibilities
At least one author per accepted paper must:
✔ Register for the conference before submitting the final manuscript.
✔ Attend and present the paper at the AIDA Conference.
Per authorship policy, every listed author must:
- Have made substantial intellectual contributions to the work.
- Have participated in writing and revising the paper.
- Be aware of the paper’s submission for publication.
- Accept responsibility for the paper’s accuracy and integrity.
